If anyone is looking for a place for their studies, I’m looking to move out of my 2 room apartment (46m2) in Meriten from September or October 1st onwards. The contract is year round (including Summer) and can last up to 4 years, it’s a first hand rental with Holmstrom Gruppen. Perfect for a couple, it originally came unfurnished but I could leave some stuff depending on preference. 10,758sek a month. It’s a brand new apartment building so it’s pretty cool. Top floor view is kinda insanely nice.

I just got a permanent contract with Gotlandshem and they won’t let me stay my notice period, so it’d be real convenient!
