Long-term rental of a cottage in Visby. SEK 4500 including everything!

Small house north of Visby, right next to Snäck’s sandy beach and bathing piers and Brucebo nature reserve is for long-term rental. The cottage is very scenic situated, partly with a sea view and a large garden as well as its own patio and parking for the car.

In 25 minutes you can cycle the cycle path along the sea to Visby center or Almedalen and several city buses stop nearby (no. 61 and no. 4, although with sparse timetables). Unfortunately, smokers or pets are not welcome.

The cottage, which is a winter isolated ”friggebod”, is located separately on the farm and belongs to an old 18th-century Gotland farmhouse that is currently used for courses and various therapy activities on certain days of the week and one weekend of the month. www.levnadkonst.art

The Friggebod is approx 15m2 and furnished with a bed, sofa, chest of drawers, wardrobe and table. Wi-Fi and heating is included. A very simple toilet, shower and primitive trinette kitchen are located in a separate building next to the courtyard. Micro and kettle in the room.

For the tenant’s visitors, there is also the possibility to temporarily rent the upper floor in the large house with three beds (hostel price during autumn and spring).
