Would you like to rent a private room in a shared apartment?

We would like to rent a room to a student for the autumn term (Aaugust 2023-January 2024), and would love for you to be from another country to also exchange some cultural experiences, both ways!

The apartment is located in the South of Visby, about 2,5 km from Campus Gotland. You can walk there in about 20 min., or go by bike in under 10 min.

Your room is about 12 square meters and will be furnished with a nice bed, storage for clothes and personal items, and also of course a desk and chair. Wifi 250Mbit/sec.

Shared access to the kitchen area and dining space, toilet and shower, balcony and a garden/green area with an outdoor grill. There are two separate laundryrooms in the house next door, these are available to book freely and with no additional costs.

Access to a gym for you to use between 8AM-9PM included in the rent. For an additional fee of 50SEK/time, there is also a sauna to book.
