We are renting out our furnished apartment (approx. 100 sqm) with 2 bedrooms and a living room.

Modern kitchen and recently renovated throughout. Washing machine and tumble dryer included.

Bright apartment with spacious rooms. It is located on the upper floor of our two-family house in central Öster in Visby, about a 13-minute walk to the university and 350 m to a shopping area.

Rental period:
From 24 August to 21 December. After that, we will need the apartment ourselves during the Christmas period.

There is also a possibility to rent the apartment for the academic year 2027–2028.

Rent for two tenants:

• SEK 5,500 per person per month + electricity
• Water, heating, and broadband are included.

The apartment is rented to 2 responsible, non-smoking, and pet-free students.

Option for single occupancy:
If you prefer to live alone, we can offer the same apartment with 1 bedroom.

Rent:

• SEK 6,900 per month + electricity
• Water, heating, and broadband are included.
