Here you live quietly and very centrally with walking distance to the campus, the harbour, communication and Visby’s inner city.

The rent includes water and heating as well as a storage room of approximately 2 square meters. An electricity supplement of SEK 100/sqm/year is added to the rent. Please note that the electricity supplement are excluded from the rent shown down below. Broadband is not included. As a tenant you will have to sign your own broadband subscription with a provider of your choice.

The rent is between SEK 3,958 kr- 5,953 SEK/month.
