Two rooms available for rent in Visby’s old town from 1 October 2026 to 6 June 2027
I am renting out two rooms in my spacious five-room apartment during the 2026–2027 academic year. The apartment is currently rented out, but I will be moving back on 1 October. As the apartment is larger than I need, I am looking for two responsible and friendly students who would like to share a peaceful and comfortable home during the academic year.
The apartment is located in the northern part of Visby’s old town, close to the Cathedral and only about a 5-minute walk from Campus Gotland. You’ll also be within walking distance of the Botanical Garden, the Hälsans Stig walking trail, the sea, and Stora Torget.

- Two private rooms (approx. 16–22 sqm each)
- Spacious apartment of 135 sqm on two levels
- Three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a separate guest toilet
- Kitchen, living room, and guest toilet on the ground floor
- Bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor
- Washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher
Furnishing
The apartment is lightly furnished. The photos show different furnishing arrangements, and some were taken before the apartment was occupied.
The bedrooms are furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and bedside table with a reading lamp. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the ground floor also includes a dining area, sofa, and living room.
Rent
SEK 5,000 per room, per month.
The rent includes electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, and other utility costs.
