About the Accommodation

We are a housing cooperative offering five rooms on the lower ground floor, each with its own private entrance. The accommodation is located only about a 5-minute walk from Österport.

The shower, toilet, and laundry room are shared with the other tenants. Cleaning of the shared facilities is carried out jointly according to a cleaning schedule.

Each room is equipped with a kitchenette including a sink, two hotplates, and a refrigerator. Please note that there is no extractor fan.

Household electricity is included in the rent.

The rooms are rented on an open-ended basis with a three-month notice period.

Smoking and pets are not permitted.
