This autumn, I will be starting my fifth semester of the Building Conservation Programme and will be studying in another location. I am therefore renting out my bright and cosy one-bedroom apartment at Irisdalsgatan 56 in Visby.

The apartment is available from the end of August until mid-January and is ideal for anyone looking for temporary, peaceful and comfortable accommodation during the autumn and part of the winter.

About the Apartment

The apartment is 45 m² and consists of a separate bedroom, living room and kitchen.

The apartment is equipped with:

• Double bed
• Private washing machine
• Private patio facing a quiet courtyard
• Bicycle available for the tenant to use

Electricity, water and use of the bicycle are included in the rent.

Location and Distances

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Visby, just outside the city centre and the medieval city wall. From here, it is easy to cycle to both central Visby and Campus Gotland.

The nearest grocery store is approximately 800 metres from the apartment.

By bicycle, it takes approximately:

• 5 minutes to Österport and central Visby
• Less than 25 minutes to Campus Gotland
