Apartment 5 is available for rent for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The accommodation consists of two furnished rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The rooms are interconnected, making the accommodation particularly suitable for a couple or two friends who would like to live together.

The rooms can also be rented separately.

The landlord, Lotta, occasionally stays at the property for a few days and may then need access to the shower in the bathroom. The bathroom can be accessed from the shared entrance.

• Rent for one room: SEK 5,000/month
• Rent for both rooms: SEK 10,000/month
• Rental period: Available to rent by semester
