The house includes a small kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle, kitchenware, and a private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

Private entrance. Access to a shared courtyard with outdoor seating and parking. Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Rent: SEK 5,600 per month, including electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, furniture, and waste collection.

Deposit: One month’s rent (SEK 5,600) to be paid in advance.

Available: from September 1 at the earliest.
