AB Henrik Alyhr offers student accommodation in two different locations in the Visby area – one in central Visby and one in a peaceful, nature-oriented setting just outside the city.

ACCOMMODATION OPTION 1 – STUDENT ROOMS AT ÖSTERCENTRUM

We offer several student rooms in one of the most central locations in Visby. The accommodation is located only 70 metres from Österport, approximately 150 metres from Coop and other services, and about 500 metres from Campus Gotland.

Here, you live right in the heart of the city with easy access to your studies, shops, and public transport.

ACCOMMODATION OPTION 2 – ALYHR MANSION, LILLA HÄSTNÄS

Approximately 7 km north of Visby, you will find Alyhr Mansion at Lilla Hästnäs 251.

This charming house, built in 1893, offers eight fully furnished student rooms, two large shared living areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, a terrace, and a spacious garden in a quiet and scenic environment.

A bicycle for transportation to and from campus is included in the rent. There are also some opportunities to travel by bus to central Visby.

RENTAL PERIOD

Accommodation is available during the academic year and, in some cases, during the summer season as well. Please contact the landlord for information regarding availability and rental periods.
