Centrally located in the heart of Visby’s historic city centre, this charming house offers four student rooms. The property combines architectural features from the 19th century and the 1960s, with well-preserved retro interiors. Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a laundry room with shower. The lush courtyard with barbecue facilities is ideal for relaxing and spending time with fellow students.

🔴 Fully booked – Östra Tullgränd

Located between Klinttorget and Österport, this well-maintained turn-of-the-century house offers five furnished single rooms, each equipped with a desk, table, and chairs. The house also features two bathrooms and a cosy courtyard with barbecue facilities – the perfect place to relax and socialise after a day of studying.

Comfortable student living
All rooms are furnished and have access to broadband – ideal for both studying and everyday life.

Rental period
Rooms are rented for the full academic year. Rent varies depending on the size of the room.

Please note:
The photos on the website are taken during the summer, when Wisby Rum is rented out to tourists.
Before the start of the semester, the rooms are refurnished – one of the beds is replaced with a desk, chair, and a small dining table with chairs.
