Charming 18th-century house located opposite the Helge And ruins, close to the Cathedral and Stora Torget.
The house includes four rooms, a kitchen, and a small guest cottage for extra sleeping space. Sunny 400 m² garden with a west-facing patio and private parking – perfect for students wanting to live in the heart of the historic city center.

🟢 Available – Östra Tullgränd

Between Klinttorget and Österport lies this well-maintained turn-of-the-century house with five rooms and two bathrooms (three double rooms and two triple rooms).
Cozy courtyard with barbecue facilities where you can relax and socialize.
Suitable for 3–4 students (option for 5 tenants if one chooses to live in a smaller guest cottage).
Rent: 14,000 SEK/month plus district heating and water/sewage. Historical usage data available upon request.

Comfortable student living
All rooms are furnished and include broadband – perfect for both studying and everyday life.

Full academic year rental
Rooms are rented out for the entire academic year. Rent varies depending on room size.

Note:
The photos on the website were taken during the summer when Wisby Rum is rented to tourists.
Before the academic year starts, one of the beds will be replaced with a desk, chair, and a small dining table with chairs.
