Centrally located accommodation in Visby

Furnished and well-planned apartment on Fältgatan in central Visby, within cycling distance of Campus Gotland (approximately 10 minutes). The apartment was rented out throughout the spring semester of 2026, which worked very well.

The apartment is bright and comfortable, with good storage space.

The apartment includes:

• Living room with sofa (can be converted into a sofa bed), dining area, and bookshelf
• Bedroom with a 140 cm double bed
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of workspace
• Fully tiled bathroom with shower, washing machine, and tumble dryer
• Small private outdoor seating area along the access balcony

Rental period HT26 – VT27

The apartment is rented furnished to 1–2 people during the autumn semester 2026 and spring semester 2027.

• Rent: SEK 8,500/month
• Electricity is added separately (approx. SEK 400–450/month).
• Non-smoking and pet-free accommodation.

Short-term course participants during the autumn semester may also be of interest.

Summer rental 2026

During the summer, the apartment is mainly rented out on a weekly basis.

• Rent: SEK 6,500/week for 1–2 people.
• Electricity, final cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price.
