Autumn 2026 – Spring 2027

We rent out two rooms in our basement to university students – and one of them is currently available.

The room is about 11 square meters, furnished, and located in the basement with glass block windows that let in natural light. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other tenant, and some additional space is shared with my small framing workshop.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly ask that tenants do not park a car outside, as we need the space ourselves.
