Welcome to rent one of three private rooms in a 70 m² apartment with three bedrooms and a kitchen. The apartment is located on the lower ground floor and has its own private entrance from the courtyard. It is situated next to Södertorg, within walking distance of Campus Gotland, shops, restaurants, and other local amenities.

About the Apartment

Three private rooms are available for rent. Tenants share the following facilities:

• A fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dining area for four people
• Bathroom with shower
• Washing machine

There is also a shared courtyard with outdoor furniture, available to all residents of the property, as well as space to park bicycles.

We are a family who own the property and live on-site.

The rooms are rented fully furnished. Each room includes:

• Bed
• Chest of drawers, wardrobe, or clothes rail
• Table or desk

Rent

From SEK 4,000 per month per room (depending on which room you rent).

The rent includes:

• Water
• Electricity
• High-speed internet

Tenants are required to have their own home insurance.
