Accommodation for Four Students – One Room Available for the Autumn Semester 2026

We are looking for students who would like to study and live together in our partly newly renovated wing, located only about 500 metres from Östercentrum.

About the Accommodation

The property is 125 m² and offers comfortable and private accommodation. The entire home is on one floor and is divided into a separate sleeping area and a shared living area, making it easy to socialise while still having your own private space.

The accommodation consists of four separate bedrooms.

• Kitchen
• Dining area
• Living room
• Bathroom

The house is fully equipped and includes 400 Mbps fibre broadband. Free parking is available on the street.

Rent

SEK 5,800 per room per month.

Rental Period

From the autumn semester 2026 until the end of the spring semester 2027.

There is an option to return for another academic year from the end of August 2028.
