You rent a room in a villa. Each room is intended for one person. Internet and electricity are included in the rent. The living room, kitchen, toilets, laundry room, and a glazed conservatory are shared with other tenants.

The villa is centrally located in Visby – just a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 20-minute walk to Campus Gotland.

September 1st – May 31st

• Room 101: 5,600 SEK/month
• Rooms 202 / 203 / 204: 5,600 SEK/month
