The building has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition, with elevator access. The apartment is located on the top floor in a central location in Visby.

Each bedroom has its own lock and key for added privacy.

Rent: SEK 4,500 per room and month.

Electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi (100 Mbps) are included in the rent.

Available: From late August 2026 until the end of the Spring semester 2027.
