Autumn 2026 – Spring 2027

We are looking for a cat-loving tenant from mid-August 2026 until the summer of 2027.

The room is partially furnished and is located on the ground floor of our townhouse, with access to a private bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared with the family.

The family is at home every other week and occasionally on weekends. During the weeks we are in Stockholm, you will have the entire ground floor to yourself.

The property also has a pleasant backyard with a small lawn and a wooden terrace.

We have two very friendly and affectionate cats who stay in Gotland, so we are looking for someone who can feed them and give them some extra care while we are away in Stockholm.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area, about a 7-minute bike ride from central Visby. A grocery store is approximately 850 metres away.

Rent: SEK 5,000 per month.
