The cottage is located on a scenic property in Gnisvärd, 1.5 km from Tofta beach and 1.5 km from the bus stop for line 10, which runs between Visby and Klintehamn.
There is a bicycle path all the way to Visby — approximately 20 km to Campus Gotland.

The entrance hall includes a built-in wardrobe. The fresh, fully tiled bathroom has a shower and washing machine.
In the main room, you’ll find a wood-burning stove, a double bed, a drop-leaf table with four chairs and four stools. Wi-Fi is available.

Kitchenette with hotplate, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, freezer, and pantry.
There is a sleeping loft (bed width: 135 cm) with a small window.

Included in the rent: water, firewood, and waste collection.

The landlord lives in a separate house on the same property.

No smoking or pets allowed.
