I am renting out two furnished rooms in the same apartment in Visby to two responsible and considerate students. The smaller room has already been rented to a quiet female student, so we are looking for another responsible and considerate female student for the larger room.

The apartment is centrally located, only about 650 metres from the bus station.

Availability

🟢 Available: The larger room – SEK 5,500 per month

🔴 Rented: The smaller room – SEK 5,000 per month

The rent includes electricity, heating, water, and Wi-Fi – there are no additional costs.

Both rooms are furnished with a bed and a desk. The kitchen is shared with the other tenant and is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave. A shared laundry room is available in the basement of the building.

The apartment has a total floor area of 55 sqm.
