Cozy and newly renovated house by Stora torget, 5 minutes’ walk from Campus. The accommodation would be best suited for couples because of the allocation of the rooms as well as regarding the rent.

About 70 square meters distributed over two floors. On the lower level; living room, kitchen and bathroom. On the upper floor; bedroom with double bed, hall and toilet.

This is a house of two separate houses on the same property with separate entrances, kitchen and everything else but with a shared garden of approx. 100 sqm.

For electricity bills, there are separate electricity meters for the two houses.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed due to allergies.
