Student Accommodation for Summer 2026 and the Academic Year 2026–2027

We currently have available rooms in a quiet residential area just outside Österport.

You will share the accommodation with two other tenants. Campus Gotland is approximately 10 minutes away by bicycle or 20 minutes on foot.

We are primarily looking for students who wish to stay for a longer period. There is a possibility to extend the rental agreement over the summer.

About the accommodation

• Shared kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer
• Toilet and shower
• Washing machine, tumble dryer, and iron

All rooms are furnished but can be rented unfurnished if preferred.

Electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and waste collection are included in the rent. All prices are per person.

Available from 10 June to 31 August.

Rent: SEK 4,900 per month

Available for the Academic Year 2026–2027

🟢 Room 1 – 9.6 sqm

Available from 1 September 2026.

Preferably rented to a tenant who wishes to stay for the entire period, Autumn 2026 – Spring 2027.
