Year-round rental

Hello!
A private room is available for rent in a charming house located in the heart of Visby’s old town. The room is available during the academic year 2026–2027. Longer rental periods are possible and will be prioritised.

Rental period:
The accommodation is available from 1 September 2026 (or by agreement).

Accommodation details:

• The room is located on the ground floor and is part of a home where another room is already rented out.
• Access to a private toilet and shower on the ground floor.
• Large and well-equipped kitchen on the middle floor, with access to a refrigerator, freezer, and other kitchen equipment.
• Approx. 400 m from the university (about an 11-minute walk).
• A cat lives in the home.

Applicants must fit the following profile:

• Age 20–35 years
• One person living in the room

Rental terms:

• SEK 4,500 per month

Interested applicants are asked to send a short introduction about themselves. If both parties are interested, I would first like to speak by phone and then arrange a viewing of the apartment.

Rent is paid in advance, and a contract will be signed upon agreement.
